- How do I make more videos for the same listing?The most successful agents post fresh content for the same listing daily — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, the MLS. Each render is a brand-new video, and you keep them all.
- How do I make a video for a brand-new listing?Copy the listing's link, paste it into Kioto, click Create video. We pull the photos and draft the narration for you.
- Can I use photos from Zillow, my brokerage site, or my own camera?Yes. Paste a public listing link and we pull the photos — or upload the files yourself from anywhere.
Editing your video
- How do I edit what the narrator says?The whole script is editable text. Each paragraph plays over one photo, so fixing a line is just rewriting it.
- How do I remove or replace a photo in my video?Every photo is a row in the Evidence Timeline. Delete the ones you don't want; drag in your own to add.
- How do I change my video's opening line?The first paragraph of the narration is your opener — rewrite it to open on the home itself, not the city.
- The narration doesn't match a photo — how do I fix it?If the voice describes the wrong room, that's on us — reply to any Kioto email and we correct and re-render it for you, usually the same day. You can also fix it yourself in two minutes.

- How do I narrate videos in my own voice?Record about 90 seconds once, and every video is narrated in YOUR voice, with your delivery. Nobody sells your listings with more personality than you.
- How do I change the narrator's voice, style, or speed?Pick a different narrator, adjust the delivery style, or slide the speaking pace — captions stay in sync automatically.
Video length & formats
- How do I change how long my videos are?Length is fully configurable per video. Around 3 minutes is where most realtors land for a complete tour.
- How do I make a short reel for Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook?Set the video length to the shortest target, generate, and download the MP4 — a punchy 60–90 second cut built from your best photos.
Your listing page & QR
- Where is my listing's public page?Every published video gets its own page at kioto.ai — the video, the highlights, and your contact info, sharable anywhere.
- How do I get a QR code for flyers and yard signs?Every listing page ships with a print-ready QR code — add /qr.png to your page address and it's yours.
Sharing & downloads
Branding
- Can I turn the mid-video branding card on or off?Yes — it's optional. The short branded card mid-tour keeps your name and number in front of buyers, so it's on by default, but it's one switch.
- Can I post my video to the MLS?Yes — flip the Branding dropdown to “MLS-safe” and the video regenerates with zero agent branding: no name in the narration, no contact overlay. Most MLSs require exactly that.
